• At the time, CQHR recognised that regional businesses could access accountants for accounting advice, lawyers for legal advice and no one for human resource advice – yet their human resources were often in excess of 50% of their operating costs
• Organisations needed support to better harness and direct the energies of this large operating cost to significantly improve their business and profitability
• Since then, CQHR has provided advice and support to many businesses, ranging in size from 5 staff to over 200 staff, ensuring that businesses better manage the challenges of their people resources
